Office Policies

We ask that all patients arrive at appointments 5-10 minutes early. We have a busy schedule and arriving late takes away from the time we have to treat you. Our goal is to maximize your experience here at Summit!

Late Arrivals
Patients that arrive at their appointment more than 9 minutes late will need to reschedule and will be charged the cancellation fee. It is possible that late arrivals can still be seen but this is done at our discretion based on the availability of our schedule and your particular case. Please text the office if you are going to be late so that we can accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the treatment time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the appointment.
