Summit COVID-19 Safety Protocol

  • We adhere to all CDC and City of Philadelphia guidelines.

  • All patients must complete and sign a pre-screening questionnaire before receiving treatment at Summit. This will be emailed days before your appointment. You cannot enter our office before completing this.

  • Masks must be worn properly at all times while at Summit. Even during treatment. No exceptions!

  • If there are other patients in the office with you, please maintain a MINIMUM 6 FOOT DISTANCE.

  • Upon entry into our office all patients will stand upon a marked spot just inside the doorway, sanitize their hands, and we will take temperature.

  • Our tables have been reduced from four to only three. These tables have been spread out to ensure that the tables are all at least 10 feet from one another. Treatment tables are still separated by the same physical barrier as before.

  • We have added two medical grade hepa filters to the office space that will fully clean all of the air in the office twice per hour.

  • Pillowcases are changed between every patient and our plastic covers are wiped with disinfectant.

  • Tables, needle trays, and side tables are disinfected between every patient.

  • We have replaced the under-the-table basket for your belongings with one made of plastic so we can also wipe this between patients.

  • All cleaning supplies will be CDC compliant to ensure safety. 

  • Any surfaces that patients are using will be wiped often throughout our workday and include, but are not limited to, our front desk, common area chairs, bathroom surfaces, and door handles.

New 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Because our schedule has been reduced by 33%, we now have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full appointment fee.
